How can i find the bluebook value on a 1996 shop flatbed trailer using the vin# and license #?

You might ask if anyone has a "N.A.D.A. Online" account and would find out the info you need. It would be best to request the answer via email...(wouldn't want anyone to be reported for giving out a free report and get their subscription canceled.)

Or you could get one at http://www.nada.com/b2b/products/online_鈥?/a>

but it's really meant for businesses so an account is quite costly.

Or you might call some local auto/truck/utility dealers and see if they might access to this information. (Maybe an insurance agent/adjuster.)

If you try Yahoo search and enter VIN# you receive a Y! shortcut to look up vehicle history. I think it's about $20 for a single quote; unfortunately, I don't know if flatbed trailer are included or if it includes a Blue Book value. (I know I don't have all the info on this last part... Just thought I'd throw in another option.) ;-)|||go to www.kellybluebook.com|||On most trailers (flatbed, reefer, dry box), they do not show up in Kelly Blue Book.

Generally, you need to call a trailer dealer to find out what average costs are, for when we appraise one, there is not a guide to go by.

We, at a Utility Dealership, typically go by what things run through the auction, through market variables, as well as calling contacts we have that deal in different trailers.

Trailers, unlike vehicles, have different depreciation schedules, and sometimes do counter to what the automotive market does, since they are long lasting assets.|||go to www.kbb.com
