Not-at-fault accident where at fault guy agrees to pay damages out of pocket.
I have a 1995 Olds Cutlass Ciera; The bluebook value is approx. $1700. The car is still driveable, but does have sustainable visible damage.
How much should I ask?
Note: a side body repair guy would charge $1000 to fix, though he does not use paperwork. A genuine body shop will charge over $3000 meaning that my car will be totaled out if gone through insurance.|||take the 1700 and get away/use on downpayment for something with the car|||1700
