How can I find the bluebook value of a mobile home? My in-laws just purchased the property next to ours and there is an existing trailer on it. They do not want this trailer, and are going to purchase a double-wide to put in its place. Since they live so far away at the moment, I am trying to help them out. I want to know if it would be better for them to sell it privately to another person or use it as a trade-in for their new home, but need to know its worth. Please help. I would prefer a free web-site to do this since it is only research.|||Yes there is such a book you can see online, I think it's called the Kelly blue book for mobile homes.
