Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act Legislative History in BlueBook Format?

I am searching for the Legislative history of the Brady Bill, however I need to cite it in Bluebook format. Is there a way tp find this online somehow?|||If you are in law school you should already have a BlueBook. If not go buy one. Lexis and Westlaw generally do not bother to include BlueBook citations if they are not already included in the text just for an FYI. If you are in another discipline ask a friend in law school to explain how to use the BlueBook. You will quickly see one of the reasons why law school is such a painful experience.
