If someone out there has subscription to Blue Book for firearms, would you mind looking up a Winchester 94 in .32 special? Lets go with brand new, in the box, serial number 602xxxx.

Is there a misprint in your serial number? a 32 WS in the 600,xxx range would be worth, in 98% condition, $1,950.
These prices, of course, fluctuate from year to year. If I had more information, I could give you a more accurate answer. Does it have an 18" barrel with an oversized lever loop? $350.
